If I come up with any good suggestions I will make sure to send them to you.

Re: Monitor Your Online Reputation With StartPR

James, thank you for your review. We'd love to hear your suggestions for improvement. Also, please let us know if you require additional invites.

Regarding signups during the beta period, we have enabled tracking of three topics, by two users. StartPR is a multi-user workspace, where you may collaborate with your colleagues in carrying out blogger relations and community management activities. Premium account holders will be able to add more topics to track and more colleagues to the workspace.

We would suggest one good way to deal with negative comments is to acknowledge them and to enter into a conversation with the blogger, to better understand and address the issues. Often, people who take the time to complain are among those that care the most, and who may offer excellent constructive criticism. However, it is always important to find such mentions in time, and to deal with them.

Thanks again,
-Alex
@alexdc
@startpr
